I can honestly say that this is the best eye care practice I've ever been to I strongly recommend it to everyone very nice and professional staff, clean and welcoming. Dr Eleonora is my doctor and she's very great at what she does. So quick and easy to get appointments

Wait time was good. Service is not complete since I haven’t received my prescription. I didn’t like the experience so much because provider was rushing me through the process. I didn’t get explanation was been done.

The receptionist didn’t even know about my appointment time even though, I showed her my appointment time in the email and text message confirmation sent to me. The receptionist had the audacity to say that I had the wrong appointment time, so she refused to give me the correct time and instead told me to wait for the doctor to call me I had to wait for an hour just to be told that the doctor was going to be late when she could have just let me see another doctor that were in the office already and thanks to them I was late for another doctors appointment

This place is always packed but very organized. I always get called by my appointment time. The doctor and staff were nice and knowledgeable. The staff from the optical side are friendly too.
